Enakaro.gr sends you all the orders with GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI through its Nationwide distribution system within 1-3 working days, calculating as the start date the shipping date and not the order date and taking into account only the working days.
In case of delay beyond the specified time limits you can contact us.
All orders will be processed on the same day of ordering or the next business day.
Orders are charged with shipping costs and the amount amounts to €3.50, for shipments under €60, throughout Greece.
For purchases over €60, shipping costs are free throughout Greece.
COD is charged 2.5 € regardless of the amount of the order.

- Collection from the store
Enakaro.gr gives you the opportunity to receive the products you have ordered, through the online store, in our store if you have stated it in your online order.
Collection from a store can be done one day after your order and once the availability of the product has been confirmed by us.
The order will be canceled after 6 days from the date of the order only if the payment method has been selected.

- Payment upon receipt of your order at your place (COD)
You can pay for your order upon delivery to your place with cash to the courier staff based on the amount stated on the receipt.
COD is charged 2.5 € regardless of the amount of the order.

Your card details are entered and processed in the electronic environment of Piraeus Bank. Enakaro.gr does not have access to them, nor can it collect them.
